Michael Isaacs Team is by far #1 in the Industry My wife and I recently purchased a house and Fairway Mortgage Company was recommended to us. I am always concerned about borrowing money from an organization that I am not totally familiar with. Much to my surprise this was a very positive experience. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and extremely pleasant to communicate with. They made sure not question was left unanswered and never acted as if a question we had was not important. They certainly went the extra mile to make sure we were at ease with all aspects of the loan. Everything was explained in detail before any papers were signed. From the very beginning we needed a preapproval to go into contract and they made sure it was delived in a timely manner so we did not loose out on the purchase. We enjoyed receiving the weekly update on the loan as that let us know what to expect for the upcoming week and that way we did not have to worry that we would miss a deadline. When you are purchasing a house and you have so much on the your mind, peace of mind is of great importance. Able to get it done! This lender was able to turn around answers in a very quick way. My agent was the individual who connected me with Fairway. As soon I reached out to them, they were very proactive in gathering information and I was able to get pre-approval in a couple of hours. Additionally, once we found the home we really wanted, I was able to call on a Saturday, and get the pre approval refined and increased in a few hour. My situation was a little complex compared to others, where my buyers kept running into financing problems. But, Fairway and their team were prepared in advance, and allowed me to close when the time came. In the weeks leading up to closing, this company provided a weekly update email indicating the action items that needs to be accomplished that week. Also, they sent a weekly email that provided general guidance and instructions for what people can and should be doing in advance of closing, moving, and general life changes. I appreciated what Fairway and their team were able to accomplish – and believe that they are “Able to get it done!”

Fairway Mortage for the WIN!!!! Wow where do I start?? With the uncertainty of the world buying a house was stressful. You can’t go wrong! From day one, we knew fairway mortgage was on our side. Words cannot express the experience that we had with them. We were really hesitant in the first place to start looking for a home. We almost didn’t even answer the phone call after inquiring about a home. But, we are so glad we did!!! Top notch, reputable lender Mike and his team were top notch. 1st time homebuyers for my husband and myself, several people in place to answer any question we had, the response time was very fast, even at end of business day. All team members were great, the only negative feedback i could provide was sometimes communication between team members isn’t fluid, but the miscommunication was figured out. His team is very fast, ahead of schedule in every part of the loan process. Mike’s team was realistic, upfront, anticipatory of the mortgage interest climate, underpromised and overdelivered. Mike’s team never dropped the ball and handled everything with ease, giving us complete peace. Their lender fees were also the cheapest when we were comparing 2 other mortgage lenders. Mike’s pitch was always they having the backing of a large mortgage company, but the service and speed of a small company, we couldn’t agree more.
