Arjun is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Ultimate Mortgage who brings nearly two decades of hospitality and management experience to every client he serves. Patient, warm, and always easy to reach, Arjun makes the home financing process feel personal from the very first conversation. Arjun's path into mortgage lending was inspired by his son. Before making the move, he built a long career taking care of people and places: he served as a hotel General Manager in Nepal, spent 11 years with Island Hospitality Management as chief engineer at a Marriott hotel, and managed a retail business for nearly a decade. Those years taught him how to lead, solve problems quickly, and look after the people who count on him. He began his mortgage career with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2023 and is licensed in Ohio. He enjoys helping first-time homebuyers and VA borrowers, walking them through each step, answering every question along the way, and making sure they feel confident about their financing.
