I am currently the CEO at Ultimate Mortgage Brokers in Columbus, Ohio. As Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible for leading, overseeing, providing overall direction of the entire organization, and managing all mortgage operations for Ultimate Mortgage Brokers to achieve company objectives. I lead and direct the Company's loan functions, set policies and procedures, and oversee all mortgage loan activities while ensuring compliance with regulations in all the company's channels, including retail loan origination and direct to consumer origination. I am fully responsible for all aspects of the company's procedures, including all budgetary P&L responsibility, loan execution, capital markets, loan servicing and customer satisfaction. I provide the mandate and leadership for the Executive Team to work in partnership across their operational groups, to lead and implement continuous improvements in business processes, leverage digital transformation, and ensure delivery of customer centric services.
