Moni Dhital brings a warm, service-driven approach and a genuine passion for helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership. As a Loan Officer with Ultimate Mortgage, Moni combines hands-on mortgage experience with an extensive customer-service background that has shaped the way he approaches every client relationship. Moni began building his mortgage career in 2021 as a Loan Officer Assistant, where he gained valuable behind-the-scenes experience with the mortgage process and learned firsthand what it takes to move a loan successfully from application through closing. In 2023, he advanced to the role of Loan Officer, serving borrowers directly. His professional experience, however, began well before mortgage lending. Since 2009, Moni has also worked in the hospitality industry, developing more than 15 years of customer-facing service experience. That background has helped shape one of Moni's greatest strengths as a mortgage professional: his ability to listen, communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and make people feel genuinely cared for throughout an important financial decision.
